Hali Jama is a multi-disciplinary entrepreneur, creator, marketer, and advocate for education and upward mobility. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of EmpOUR, a rapidly growing career development and mentorship initiative committed to expanding access to professional networks, practical knowledge, and career opportunities for young people and early-career professionals. Since its inception in 2025, EmpOUR has already drawn interest from thousands of students across the country and is preparing for its inaugural multi-city events and platform launch.
