Mary J. Niedermeyer is a nonprofit executive dedicated to equity, innovation, and community-centered leadership. As CEO of CAPI USA, she leads strategic growth, organizational culture, and a multimillion-dollar capital campaign supporting underserved communities. Named a 2025 Notable BIPOC Executive by Twin Cities Business, Mary serves on the Governor’s Workforce Development Board and the Minnesota Leadership Council on Aging.
