Tiffany Xiong

Tiffany Xiong is a senior advisor, ecosystem connector, and cross-sector leader whose work bridges philanthropy, civic innovation, and community leadership. With over 13 years of experience, she partners with founders, executives, and philanthropic leaders to design data-informed, values-aligned strategies that strengthen organizations and shift resources toward community-driven solutions.

She currently serves as a Senior Advisor to leaders and institutions on partnership and growth strategies. Her previous roles include Head of Growth & Operations at Imagine Deliver, a strategy and civic innovation firm, Advancement Director at The Constellation Fund, an evidence-driven grantmaking institution focused on fighting poverty in the Twin Cities, and Development Director at Theater Mu, the second-largest Asian American theater company in the country. She has also partnered with philanthropic leaders to design and implement community engagement and participatory grantmaking programs, including the Knight Foundation's Green Line Challenge, the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation and Minnesota Idea Open's $1M Forever Saint Paul Challenge, and the Nisei Student Relocation Commemorative Fund (NSRCF).

Tiffany's leadership is deeply rooted in Minnesota's civic and philanthropic ecosystems. She serves on the boards and committees of local and national nonprofits, including Asian Americans in Philanthropy (AAPIP), the Metropolitan Alliance of Connected Communities (MACC), the Shavlik Family Foundation, and the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2)'s Core Values Awards.
