Shamaria Jordan

Shamaria Jordan is a faith-rooted youth development professional and nonprofit leader dedicated to cultivating belonging, identity, and purpose in young people. She is the founder of Black Girl Advocate, where she creates culturally responsive mentorship programs and school-based initiatives that help middle and high school girls explore their values, leadership, and God-given potential. Shamaria partners with schools to foster inclusive, values-driven environments and uses data-informed practices to strengthen student growth and community partnerships. Guided by her faith and commitment to service, she empowers youth to lead with confidence, character, and compassion.
