Jhaelynn Elam

Jhaelynn Elam is an entrepreneur and community strategist, and the founder of The B Suite, a platform connecting Black professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs through professional development and social engagement. Through programs like the Kinfolk Collective Marketplace, Nine to Thrive, A Seat at HER Table, and the Black Founders Brunch, she builds pathways that strengthen belonging, leadership, and opportunity. A Forbes Next 1000 honoree, Jhaelynn serves as a Minnesota Ambassador for the Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum’s Making History Network and sits on the boards of the Minneapolis Downtown Council and Love First Community Engagement. She combines analytical expertise with heart and cultural intention to design ecosystems that empower communities to grow.
